Level 1  - Workflow & Process Engineering

This service prepares the user move towards a more automated environment in terms of processes and user interaction. Tasks can be scheduled with the additional benefits of electronic or digital signatures, document indexing, document storage and retrieval.

LEVEL 2

Level 2  - Document Import & Indexing

Convert electronic versions of documents currently being stored in FileNet, AppXTender, Sharepoint or department shared drives directly into OnBase. Automatically index files making them searchable on defined keywords. 

LEVEL 3

Level 3 - Physical Scanning of Paper Assets

Scanning of paper assets can be accomplished as an internal function within the department or alternatively, could be outsourced to an OnBase partner. Physical records would need to be digitized to be stored and indexed; only then, would the documents be searchable within OnBase.
